Ibizkus

Ibizkus Wines is a sustainable, boutique winery producing premium wines from chemically-free, dry-farmed vineyards. Its grapes, primarily of the local Monastrell (Mourvèdre) and Malvasia varieties, are hand-picked and fermented with indigenous yeasts.

Passionate about the notion of “terroir,” Ibiza offers some extraordinary conditions: isolation from the mainland, a Mediterranean climate and old, goblet-pruned vines, many of them ungrafted, allowing Ibizkus to make balanced wines, with island characteristics such as freshness and minerality.

Ibizkus is situated between the towns of Ibiza and Santa Eulalia, with ample winemaking facilities as well as a store and tasting room catering to the consumer and visitor. Wine tastings, with or without pairing, allow you to discover the island’s winemaking history, its local grape varieties and Ibizkus’ philosophy of sustainable wines.
