Michelin Star chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho returns to her roots to take us on an inimitable, gastro experience which will see us taste the best of Spain, without leaving Ibiza Bay. 

This carefully curated menu sees fresh, quality, local produce take centre stage in signature dishes such as Arroz Caldoso or a melt-in-your-mouth tortilla with crisp fried artichoke. In true Nieves’ style all meticulously paired with a selection of bold Spanish wines, including one of Nieves’s favourites, a traditional Basque txakoli.

Open from 7 pm, Gusto invites you to indulge your senses in magical location with this unforgettable, interactive dining experience which takes you effortlessly from beach to bar and from pool to preparty dining.
