The highly anticipated Nobu Lounge will be welcoming guests from 31st March. With the exclusive feel of a member’s club plus an enviable list of ultra-premium spirits, bespoke cocktails, bottle service and beats, it is the perfect pre-club warm up destination. The Nobu Lounge is joined by the new Nobu Rooftop Terrace opening for the season at the end of May. From 8pm Thursday to Sunday, it will be inviting local and hotel guests alike to enjoy handcrafted cocktails backdropped by unparalleled views across the sparkling Talamanca Bay and the old town of Dalt Villa. And hot on the heels of Dani Garcia’s BiBo comes an exciting new pop-up from another Spanish Michelin starred chef menú inspired by both local produce and the much loved, notorious Ibizan spirit.
