How I found Ibiza...
I first went to Ibiza over 20 years ago with a friend. I liked it so much that I bought a house there the following year so I could visit more frequently and explore the Island. I visit several times a year. I like the months of February and March when the Island is deserted and the almond trees begin to flower; June and July because my family and many friends are there, and September is also a great month to enjoy the company of the local inhabitants you care about.
Some of its myriad facets...
I love getting to know new people every day I go mountain biking and really enjoy riding the dirt tracks and going around the coves. I also take my boat out and sail around, dropping anchor in one of the coves where I can eat or swim. It’s a bit of a ritual and I love it!
A Luxury on the island...
It’s great dropping anchor in a cove in March after fishing and enjoying a summer evening with friends.
My favourite moment...
One of the moments I enjoy the most is having breakfast on my terrace first thing in the morning watching the Port with its comings and goings of people and boats and enjoying the views of Dalt Vila and Formentera.
A memory when I’m far away...
I love the sea and eating socarrat paella (slightly burned underneath).
The magic of Ibiza...
Without a doubt, Ibiza envelops you from the moment you arrive. You can connect with people from all walks of life and from anywhere in the world. Some of the best, trend-setting music was born in Ibiza and is played in Ibiza’s nightclubs, famous throughout the world for their ambience.
What I tell my friends...
I always say that you will never find a place quite like it. Taking a dip in the coves is incomparable and there are unlimited options to dine extremely well. If you visit Ibiza you will understand what true enjoyment is.
