Nela Ibiza is an exclusive live-fire dining concept created by acclaimed chefs Hari Shetty and Ori Geller together with Executive Chef Óscar Salazar.

Inspired by the philosophy of Nela Amsterdam, the restaurant combines a deep respect for exceptional produce with the intensity of open-fire cooking, celebrating Mediterranean flavours and the finest seasonal ingredients from Ibiza.

The menu features premium seafood, outstanding meats, raw and cured specialities, and refined vegetable dishes, each carefully prepared over open flames to enhance the natural character of every ingredient. A thoughtfully curated wine list, signature cocktails and breathtaking views of Es Vedrà complete an elegant culinary experience that reflects the island's authenticity through a contemporary lens.

• Low season: 7.00 pm – midnight (kitchen open until 11.00 pm)
• High season (1 June – 22 September): 7.00 pm – 1.00 am (kitchen open until 11.30 pm)
• Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
