The culinary essence of 7Pines Resort is deeply rooted in its destination, celebrating local flavors and products. The resort's renowned restaurant, The View, maintains its distinguished Mediterranean-French influence, featuring dishes with specialties from the Balearic Islands, such as red mullet, tuna, and red shrimp from Ibiza. This sophisticated culinary concept, awarded 1 Sol by the 2023 Repsol Guide and distinguished by the 2023 MICHELIN Guide (Spain & Portugal), is led by Executive Chef Óscar Salazar.
Chef Salazar has introduced an à la carte menu and three exquisite tasting menus for this season, including a vegetarian option, inspired by his passion for Mediterranean flavors. Highlights include lightly grilled mackerel, "Balfegó" tuna harmonica, and local lamb loin. The à la carte menu offers additional delights, complemented by a selection of Spanish and international wines from the resort's curated wine cellar, with tastings led by the expert sommelier.
This year, the resort continues its acclaimed 'Four Hands Dinners,' featuring Michelin-starred chefs cooking alongside Chef Salazar. Highlights include Chef Javier Guillen, visiting from June 23rd to 28th, known for his work at El Bulli, and Chef Miguel Carretero from Santerra in Madrid on July 11th, focusing on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
