With a laid-back vibe and just a few steps away from the sea, new for this season, Michelin Starred chef Dani Garcia has specially handpicked local produce and delicacies just for BiBo Ibiza Bay.
Ibizan homegrown, fresh produce and the local fish market provide the finest ingredients for a new menu which stars jaw-dropping dishes such as aged organic angus beef or and Ibizan red shrimp tartare alongside favourites like the oxtail brioche or the bipolar tuna with innovative new dishes to put extra flavour in your summer.
