Also, from June to September at STEPS, revolutionising the classic Italian concept, Pier Daniele Seu and Valeria Zuppardo's pizzas are bursting onto the Ibiza scene. Made in a wood-fired oven, they combine a Neapolitan base of fluffy dough with the crunch of Rome and surprising, top-quality ingredients. Can you imagine anything better than this?
